Purpose: Several studies have demonstrated an advantage of 68Ga-PSMA-PET/CT as staging modality for detection of prostate cancer (PCa) metastases. Data concerning metastatic manifestation and impact on PCa development of mesorectal lymph nodes (MLN) is limited.
